Shelley Weaver , VP Finance

Shelley has been providing financial oversight and budgeting for Capitol Equities clients since 2006. She has over 17 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and month-end close. Prior to joining Capitol Equities Shelley was employed by the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company serving in several positions including business development, integration as well as global business analysis.

Shelley’s current responsibilities include all aspects of our clients’ financial records - accounts payable/receivable, monthly forecasting, preparing annual operating and CAM budgets, reconciliations, lender communication, reporting, rent roll preparation and maintenance of operating bank accounts.
