Paul Spence, Director of Property Management, has been providing highly-detailed property management services within central Ohio since 2004. Paul carries EPA certification and has provided both hands-on maintenance and team management oversight for various facilities including high-rise, office, retail, residential, warehouse, medical and government institutions.  Paul has directly overseen and serviced a portfolio of 80+ mixed use properties throughout central Ohio.
