Capitol Equities Receives CoStar 2008 Power Broker Distinction

COLUMBUS, Ohio (May 26, 2009) --  Capitol Equities is once again honored to receive multiple CoStar Group Power Broker Awards based upon 2008 leasing activities. These awards are given to the Top 10 Brokerage Firms and Leasing agents in Central Ohio based upon leasing volume for the previous year.

Capitol Equities has been named one of the Top 10 Brokerage Firms in central Ohio.  Principal J.R. Kern and agent Matt Cochrell have both been named as individual award recipients for their Retail Leasing efforts during 2008.
