Capitol Equities Announces Move To Smith Bros Hardware Building

COLUMBUS, Ohio (November 7, 2008) -- Capitol Equities Realty recently announced it is relocating its headquarters to the historic Smith Bros’ Hardware Building, 580 North Fourth Street, from its current location at 855 Grandview Avenue.

Now in the tenth year of its renovation the Smith Bros’ Hardware building has continued to be a testament to the successful reuse of existing cultural landmarks.   Current tenants include State Auto Insurance, Time Warner, Wells Fargo Insurance, Northlich Advertising, Prologue Research, The Venue at Smith Bros catering and event facility, and many others. Upon Capitol Equities moving into the building Smith Bros’ Hardware will be over 97% occupied.

Capitol Equities has served as the property manager and leasing agent for Smith Bros’ Hardware since its redevelopment from a vacant industrial property to class-A offices in 1998.
