COLUMBUS, Ohio (November 30, 2008) --  John Pollock of Construction One has been awarded the Builders Exchange 2008 BX Craftsmanship Award for his three dimensional modern art piece currently hanging in the lobby of 101 East Town Street, Columbus, Ohio.

Pollock is a first time Builders Exchange Award winner.  He has been in the construction industry for 24 years and has been employed by Construction One, Inc. for the past 14 years.

The piece has been installed in the first floor lobby of the newly renovated 101 East Town Street building,a Four Points Real Estate Development project.  Capitol Equities is currently the managing and leasing agent for this 58,000 square foot redevelopment project.
