Capitol Equities receives 2010 CoStar Power Broker Awards

COLUMBUS, Ohio (April 26, 2011) --  Capitol Equities has again received top honors for 2010 from the CoStar Group, a national commercial real estate research firm.   Capitol Equities has been named a Top 10 Leasing Broker for the central Ohio region based upon square feet leased in calendar year 2010.

Individual honors were also granted to J.R. Kern, a Principal of Capitol Equities, as he was named a Top 10 Retail Leasing Agent for his efforts last year.
