Capitol Equities receives 2009 Power Broker Award

COLUMBUS, Ohio (May 7, 2010) --  Capitol Equities has receive the CoStar Group's 2009 Top 10 Power Broker Award based upon the firm's volume of lease transactions completed in the 2009 calendar year. A Top 10 Leasing Agent Award was also given to J.R. Kern, a Principal of Capitol Equities, specifically for his retail leasing efforts last year.
