Capitol Equities named CoStar 2007 Power Broker

COLUMBUS, Ohio (May 21, 2008) --  Capitol Equities is once again honored to receive the CoStar Group's Power Broker Award for Leasing Firms in 2007. This distinction is given to the Top 10 Brokerage Firms in Central Ohio based upon leasing volume for the previous year.

Todd Kemmerer, a principal of Capitol Equities, has been named an individual award recipient for Office Leasing and both he and his partner, J.R. Kern, have been awarded top honors for their individual Retail Leasing efforts.

This marks the fourth year that Capitol Equities has received such distinctions from the CoStar Group.
