• Know the market and brokerage community: We go straight to the source; contacting the people WE know to acquaint them with YOUR property.

• Direct Marketing: More than direct marketing, we conduct thorough investigations of the community, targeting segments of the market, both industry and geography specific, to receive our information and direct contact from our team of development specialists. While other firms wait for potential tenants or buyers to come to them, we aggressively focus on all sectors that could result in the best deal for our clients.

• Utilization of Technology: While we believe the direct approach is still often the most effective, we know that the real estate market has moved into the 21st century. We utilize all technical resources, including online database marketing tools like Loopnet, CoStar etc., local broker information exchanges, and targeted email marketing to completely cover the market.

• Out-Of-The-Box tactics: While we don’t want to give all of our secrets away, Capitol Equities prides itself in thinking creatively to bring people through your door. Just one technique that we use involves hosting large fundraisers, such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Ohio Art League, in many of our client’s properties. Very often, raising the profile of a property and its unique attributes is all it takes to bring a new tenant, or buyer, to your door.
